Clifford Chance raises London NQ pay to £150,000 and increases trainee salaries

Clifford Chance has raised annual salaries for newly qualified lawyers in London to £150,000.
The firm also increased first-year trainee salaries to £56,000 and second-year salaries to £61,000. The adjustments therefore cover both trainees and lawyers qualifying into permanent roles.
The changes raise starting compensation across the training contract and newly qualified stages of the firm’s London career path.
