Norton Rose Fulbright sets London NQ pay at £120,000 with billable-hours incentives

Norton Rose Fulbright has set London salaries for newly qualified lawyers at £120,000 and introduced an incentive structure linked to billable hours and other eligible activity.
Eligible NQs can receive bonuses of up to 40% of salary. The scheme also recognises up to 125 hours of community service, widening the criteria beyond chargeable client work alone.
The package combines a fixed starting salary with performance-linked rewards and gives recognised community work a defined place in the incentive calculation.
