Skadden requires lawyers and staff to work in the office four days a week
2023-05-09
Skadden has introduced a global policy requiring lawyers and staff to work from the office at least four days a week, including at its London office.

Employees are expected to attend from Monday to Thursday, while Fridays remain flexible for remote work. Previously, fee-earners were generally required to attend in person from Tuesday to Thursday.

The revised hybrid-work model increases in-person attendance while retaining limited flexibility. The firm said more frequent office collaboration would support innovation and professional development.
