Milbank has adjusted annual salaries for newly qualified lawyers in London to £166,000, up from £160,000.
The £6,000 increase followed a change in the firm’s currency-conversion approach, according to the report. It was not described as a separate change to the underlying US salary scale.
The change reflects the sterling salary figure after a currency-conversion adjustment, rather than a separately announced increase across all associate grades.
