Macfarlanes raises London NQ pay to £107,500 and awards staff a bonus

Macfarlanes has increased annual salaries for newly qualified lawyers in London to £107,500 and announced a bonus for all employees.
The reported bonus is equivalent to 11.2% of salary. The announcement therefore combines an increase in starting pay with a broader staff reward, rather than applying only to fee-earning lawyers.
The package covers both NQ pay and a firm-wide employee bonus, extending beyond the junior-lawyer salary scale.
